01 Who we are

TOKYO Protection (طوكيو بروتيكشن) is a car protection and window-tint studio in Kuwait. Registered name: TODO: registered company name. Commercial registration: TODO: CR number.

02 Our services

We install paint protection film (PPF), heat-insulating window tint and windshield film, and we polish cars and apply nano-ceramic coatings. All work is done at our studio.

What each package includes, how long it takes and what it costs are shown on this website before you pay.

03 Prices and payment

Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) and depend on the package and the size of your car. The amount you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Online payments are processed by our licensed payment provider by KNET, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

You can pay in full, or pay a deposit now and the balance at the studio when you collect the car.

04 Bookings

A booking is confirmed when your payment (full or deposit) succeeds and you receive a booking reference. We confirm the exact drop-off time with you on WhatsApp.

Please bring the car on time. If we can't start because of a late arrival, we may have to move your slot.

05 Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

These are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

06 Your car

Please remove personal belongings before drop-off. We inspect the car with you and photograph its condition.

Existing chips, scratches, repainted panels or old film affect the result, and film does not hide existing damage. We'll tell you before we start.

07 Warranty and aftercare

Warranty terms depend on the film and service: TODO: warranty terms. Claims are handled as described on our Service delivery page.

We give you aftercare notes at handover. Damage caused by not following them isn't covered. TODO: aftercare instructions

08 Liability

We take care of your car while it's with us. We're not responsible for faults that existed before drop-off, for valuables left in the car, or for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

09 Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
