How and where we deliver our services, how long they take, and how warranty claims work.

01 Where

All work is carried out at our studio in Kuwait: TODO: address. Opening hours: TODO: opening hours.

We don't install at customers' homes. TODO: pickup / flatbed service (seen in a promo)

02 Booking and confirmation

Book online, pay in full or a deposit, and you get a booking reference straight away. We then confirm your drop-off time on WhatsApp.

03 Drop-off

We inspect the car with you, photograph its condition and agree the work. Please remove valuables first.

04 How long it takes

It depends on the package and the car: TODO: duration. We message you on WhatsApp when the car is ready.

05 Collection and handover

We check the work together, give you the aftercare notes and you settle any balance at the studio. TODO: how the balance is paid at the studio

06 Warranty claims

To claim, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and photos. We book an inspection at the studio, and covered issues are fixed at no cost.
