01 What we collect

When you book: your name, mobile number, your car's make, model and year, the slot you choose, any notes, your booking reference, and the payment amount and result (paid, failed or cancelled).

When you pay online, your KNET or card details go straight to our payment provider. We receive only the result and a transaction reference.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

02 Why we use it

To manage your booking, contact you about it on WhatsApp or by phone, handle payments and receipts, deal with warranty claims, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud.

03 Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to process your payment), our hosting provider (to run the website) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us. We don't sell your information.

If advertising measurement is switched on, the Meta Pixel records that a visitor contacted us or completed a booking, without your card details.

04 Cookies and storage

The site stores your language choice and your checkout progress in your browser. If the Meta Pixel is switched on, it sets its own cookies for ad measurement.

05 How long we keep it

We keep booking records for TODO: retention period, for accounting and warranty purposes, and then delete them.

06 Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or by email (TODO: email).

07 Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payment details are handled only by our licensed payment provider.

08 Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
